Great job and congratulation on yesterday’s sales.

We have made $12000 and its exceeded sales target of $10500. This achievement is resulting of our efforts, hard work and commitment to continuously delivering serious food and concentrated service to our costumers.

Last week, and weeks before, our restaurant mostly crowded by the discounted website costumers, and now is over. It’s our sales performance without them (only several expiry coupons redeemed yesterday) has shown real figures.

However, our gains just begin. By up to date, we have won one third of the month and still many challenging and exciting days ahead to face!

We built a momentum and we have to maintain it by giving our costumers great Outback dining experience! Make them comfortable and enjoyable during having meals, anticipate their needs, deliver food and drink on time, refills, pre-bushing and be visible at all time.

When the costumers visit our restaurant, we have to remember two things: their time and money!

So, welcome them with genuine hospitality, smile, thanks and invite them back
