Cooking Spaghetti Carbonara – Serving for 5 peoples
500 grams of spaghetti-I in order fettuccine
3 Tbs olive oil or cooking oil
1 large onion, diced
3 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 cup mincemeat
1 each Eggs
1/2 bottle Heinz mayonnise
100 grams of grated parmesan cheese
Basil leaves for garnish
Black Pepper Powder
How to cook spagheti Carbonara:
Boil spaghetti in hot water with oil and salt for about 8 to 10 mins.
Saute a large onion and add 1/2 cup minced meat with mix veg. Let the Juice dried out and yellowish.
Combine eggs, mayonnise, parmesen and also black pepper powder. Mix well.
When the spaghetti is cooked, toss and the sauce. Let the eggs cook evenly slang by heat of spaghetti.
-Pour spagheti into sauce pan and continue to cook over low heat.
Remove from heat, garnish with parmesan cheese and Fresh basil leaves.
